The Qintar® Video Control Center (VCC) models 4006A (amplified) and 4004B (passive) have been built with the strict needs of the Cable TV operator in mind. With high isolation of over 95 dB being achieved at channel 3 the VCC allows interference free viewing and recording of Pay TV as well as Basic channels. The input and output cables from the VCR are hooked up to the VCC as well as an additional auxiliary input and output for an external game or other RF device. The 4006A has internal amplification to overcome splitting losses on the cable input.
