Use with HT-501Afor stripping UTP/STP wire

- Smooth motion and precise crimping.
- Cuts, strips and crimps all kinds of modular
plugs WITHOUT CHANGING MODULAR (DIE) SET.
- Two in one for crimping solid and stranded
wire.
- Works with all standard plugs: AMP, SS,
AT&T licenses, etc.
- Model HT-200/200R is designed with 10 position
punches. For crimping 8P8C plug please use
the AMP 8P8C Plug with 2 cavities on each
side as shown in Fig. 1.
- There is a length guide for stripping to
6mm. Insert 4P or 6P into zinc plated length
guide then squeeze handles and pull wire out
to achieve correct stripping. Cutting blade
is set at 12mm. Insert 8P or 10P conductor
wire over cutting blade so that the tool cuts
and strips at the same time.
- Model HT-2008/2008R is designed with 8 position
punches. For crimping ordinary 8P8C plug,
which has no additional cavity on each side,
as shown in Fig. 2.
- HT-200/200R/2008/2008R parts are made of
metal to be rigid and durable.
- Built-in cutter on rear side and stripper
on front.
- For stripping solid telephone wire Model
HT-S501 is effective and recommended.
- To adjust the 6P guide for crimping use
a “flat” screwdriver to set the
guide to right hand side for crimping normal
6P plug or to the left hand side for crimping
DEC plugs.
